The park is not responsible for any supplies or equipment left on the resort grounds or other additional facilities once use is completed and all participants have left the premises. 1) As a general rule, and for reasons of safety and liability, the use of skateboards, bodyboards, scooters, roller skates or in-line skates is not allowed on the entire resort grounds. We look forward to welcoming all of our campers to Mission Bay RV Resort. Please read our rules, regulations and policies before your stay. 23. Failure to comply with rules and regulations or non-payment of all outstanding fees and/or rent will result in exclusion from the Resort and cancellation of all future bookings. ( ) BADGE B. The following rules must be strictly followed by all pet owners: Security and management personnel are responsible for monitoring compliance with and enforcement of these rules and policies. Violations of these rules and/or guidelines, depending on their severity, may result in: verbal consultation, written notifications and expulsion.
(1) Licence plates shall be visibly displayed on all vehicles and recreational vehicles on station property. REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, please register at the reception. We will then accompany you to your location. All facilities at this resort are for registered guests only. Pitch fees are based on 2 adults per campervan. Children under 9 years old are free. The fee for additional guests 10 years and older is USD 3.00 per night. All rentals are non-refundable. PETS: well-behaved pets are welcome, all others are not.
Pets must be taken care of at all times and on a physical leash during the stay. We kindly ask you to pick up your pet. Pick-up points are available throughout the resort. Pets should be kept indoors at night and should not be a nuisance to others at all times. Please do not leave pets unattended in your motorhome. Pets are not allowed in all buildings of the complex, in the pool/spa or on the sports fields. Management reserves the right to require improperly behaved pets to leave the resort. The speed limit can be removed from the station immediately. NOT ALLOWED IN THE RESORT: Skates and skateboards are not allowed in the resort. Only disabled scooters are allowed in the resort.
All motor vehicles must currently be registered. Bicycles must have headlights when used after dark. Generators can only be used in the event of a power failure. Automatic work is not allowed in the complex. Smoking is not permitted in the resort buildings (including bathrooms). Unauthorized advertising or sale is not allowed in the complex. Clotheslines are not allowed due to a safety risk. PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS AND PARKING: The resort is located on property leased from the City of San Diego in Mission Bay Park and is located in the California coastal area. The public has access to the adjacent public beach, waterfront and free parking on the designated property adjacent to the public beach, which is subject to city parking regulations.
The FHA makes it illegal to deny reasonable accommodation to rules, regulations, policies, practices or services where such accommodations may be necessary to give persons with disabilities an equal opportunity to use and enjoy a significant extent, including the use and enjoyment of the public and shared space. Our ownership rules state that “all vehicles must be operational and in good condition.” We think it may be useful to give some examples of what is meant by “good condition”. NOTE: This complex is privately owned. Violations of station rules and regulations or anti-social behavior that may or may not be covered by such rules and regulations may result in expulsion from the station. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register unwanted guests or RVs. Management is not responsible for losses caused by fire, theft, vandalism or any other means, or accidents. Customers are responsible for any damage they may cause to parking items, including baseboards and outlets. We understand that a trashy site is not attractive. However, these rules of “judgment” can be applied unevenly (especially when politics is involved). Anyone who does not comply with station rules and policies may be expelled from the station at the sole discretion of station management.
These rules and regulations were developed as the basis for good relations within Mission Bay RV Resort. As the resort is an RV resort, it has unique conditions that must be recognized and treated fairly and reasonably and applied and adhered to and adhered to impartially. The spirit behind these rules and regulations is in the golden rule: “Treat others as you want others to do to you.” We hope that we will have your full cooperation, not only to maintain the high standards of the resort and to maintain a cheerful and friendly atmosphere, but also to ensure maximum convenience and comfort for each user. Campers (and their guests) will not do anything that unreasonably affects other campers, their guests, resort management, or the owner. 13) Guests are not allowed to cut or defoliate trees, bushes or plants on the resort grounds. Each pet must be licensed and vaccinated in accordance with the laws and regulations of San Diego County and the City of San Diego. Proof of license and vaccination must be submitted to resort management within seven (7) days of receipt of the written request for such information (and prior to accepting the animal into the resort). SPEED LIMIT: For the safety of all guests, the speed limit is 10 M.P.H. or less throughout the complex and is enforced. A tenant/occupant, a person who is related to a tenant/occupant (e.g.
a guest or household member) and prospective tenants/occupants are entitled to adequate housing due to a disability with respect to the resort`s rules, regulations, practices, standards, policies, and services in accordance with FHA requirements as administered and enforced by the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) and the California Civil Code § 54.1 et seq., as administered and enforced by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (“DFEH”) and the California Attorney General`s Office when reasonable accommodation is required due to disability. If the accommodation is necessary because of a disability and is reasonable, it must be granted. Accommodation is appropriate if it does not impose an undue financial or administrative burden and does not fundamentally alter the housing services provided. If a tenant/resident, a person associated with a tenant/occupant (e.g., a guest or household member) or a potential tenant/occupant receives adequate housing, the usual rules, regulations, practices, standards, policies and services will continue to apply to all other tenants/residents, persons associated with tenants/occupants and potential tenants/occupants of the resort. Open areas of the resort, comfort stations, clubhouse and swimming pool SWIMMING POOLS: There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under 14 must be under the direct supervision of an adult in the pool and spa, no anyone under 21 is allowed in Phase 2, including the pool and hot tub. Please no lotions or oils in the pool or hot tub. There must be no glass in the pool, smoking is not allowed in this area. All guests must take a shower before entering the pool or hot tub.
An appropriate swimsuit is required. The pool and hot tub are open daily from 08:00 to 22:00. All users must comply with the published rules. Children under 5 years old are not allowed in the spa. The average temperature in the spa is 104 degrees. Today, we`re sharing 7 RV parking rules that may surprise you even though many parks have them. The park reserves the right to cancel reservations without notice if installation is required by the park administration for commercial purposes, if repairs are required or for any other reason.
I`m thinking of buying a motorcycle for off-road use and a minivan for sleeping. Even if I have a cargo trailer, this may not be acceptable for some campgrounds. There are so many camping rules that a motel room might be the only choice. 4) These rules and guidelines supersede any previous rules or guidelines previously written or discussed. Ix. The current proof of registration and insurance of the motorhome is mandatory for long stays. Please bring them with you to registration. All campers must move every 90 days (or 30 days in summer) for at least 24 hours. No stay may last nine months or more, even consecutively, during a calendar year.
